The Subud Community Centre offers a large hall which is a great space for meetings, group or training activities and community events. The sprung wooden floor is suitable for low impact activities such as yoga, meditation or tai chi. An acoustic ceiling also makes it suitable for choirs or drama groups.
The recently renovated hall has free wifi, a new kitchen, air conditioning/heating and the whole site has recently been renovated to improve disabled access.
The main hall is 9.5m x 18.5m with a total floor area of 175 square metres. It can accommodate small or large meetings with a maximum capacity for 99 people and seats 60 at tables. Chairs and tables can be provided as requested.
There is small modern well-equipped kitchen with the option of removing a partition to connect it to the main hall providing an excellent set-up for tea/coffee breaks and light lunches.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric induction stove, fridge and cutlery, plates and cups.
The Centre is not available for weddings or parties.
We do make exceptions for baby showers and kids birthday parties for 5 year olds and under (with a bond required).
